"My experience was exceptional. The staff took the time to explain various pros and cons of product offerings and things to consider to make the best choice if not sure. My wife and I are new to riding, and not only did they make us feel welcome, but we felt unintimidated. All to often, niches belittle noobs. Not here. THey speak motorcycle from novice to expert. I witnessed a high degree of comfort from a considerable spectrum of clientele. All in all, the folks and selection at Fairfield Cycle Gear was outstanding in every way.
